Parents/Guardians: Each quarter you receive a progress report from HGHS. In lieu of using the school's form I have developed what I hope is a comprehensive review, including a self-review, of your child's progress. Please review these progress reports with your child, sign, and return the form. Together we can promote open communication, reinforce expectations, and ensure student success!
Name ____________________ PROGRESS REPORT

Name ____________________             PROGRESS REPORT:

At the mid-point of each quarter every student must evaluate herself/himself and determine whether she/he is being as successful as possible in this course.  She/He must examine her/his attitude, habits, behaviors, and grades, and decide what, if any, changes are necessary to ensure success in this course.  I will also evaluate every student at this time in an effort to help them recognize strengths & weaknesses.  In the event that students are having difficulty I encourage them to see me before and after school, as well as during their free time throughout the day.  If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me (861-9441 ext. 243 or stwarren@ccsd.ws)  ¡Gracias! – SR Warren
